Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager - Payments & Core Banking to lead digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders across Retail and Corporate Banking. This role involves working with digital payments, ISO 20022 (SWIFT CBPR+), and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH), while ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards. The candidate will also support Agile project delivery, API integration, and core banking modernization efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD) for banking products and payment systems. Drive ISO 20022 transformation and manage digital payment integration across channels. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams for smooth project execution. Support migration from legacy systems to digital platforms (e.g., TPH, T24). Manage Agile delivery processes, backlog grooming, and sprint planning using JIRA, Rally, and Confluence. Ensure compliance with AML, FIRCO, and global regulatory frameworks. Prepare and execute SIT/UAT plans, test case reviews, and support production deployment.


Job Requirements


1.Experience & Domain Knowledge


8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Banking & Financial Services.


Strong knowledge of Digital Payments, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022, and AML compliance.


Experience with Temenos Payments Hub (TPH), T24, Finacle, and core banking systems.


2.Methodologies & Tools


Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), backlog and UAT management.


oProficiency with JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and data reporting tools.


3.Education & Certification


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.


Professional certifications preferred: CBAP, PMP, PSM I, SAFe 5 Agilist.
