Digital Program Assistant Manager, Southeast Asia & Taiwan

Job Description


This role of Digital Program Manager is focused on in developing Thermo Fisher's B2B next-generation digital channel for customer engagement across various divisional products and services, through tight engagement with the business stakeholders, regional and global development team and customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital marketing excellence in the region, including web, SEO, SEM and social media
  • Play key role in execution of the digital channel vision by working collaboratively with business and tech teams (UI/UX, developer and architect) to define the customer journeys, the digital channel for different enterprise customer segments and the online/mobile/offline journeys for customers
  • Work closely with divisions, regional cross-functional teams and wider Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to generate demand and expand market share.
Identity key enablers and systems to support the digital channel and roadmap for execution
  • Play key role in product launch for all our customer segments; conducts user acceptance tests, assists in framing and execution of test cases, and communicates post-launch feedback to business and product stakeholders
  • Identify, analyses, and track metrics that inform the success of products features in driving digital sales and self help
  • Develop multiple and cross-functional department operational procedures and processes that foster effective communications and collateral.
  • Conceptualize and develop testing strategies; monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, conversion rate, and overall
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in successful digital marketing programs / campaigns creation-to-management
experience with measurable KPI
  • Strong content marketing, SEO & SEM experiences at both the strategic and tactical level
  • Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and
qualitative business insights about various digital marketing programs for customer engagement
and sales growth
  • BA/BS, Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, or related degree.
  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task, handling diverse instances and working under strict
timelines in collaboration with the cross-functional matrix organization
  • Strong written and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – specifically, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
  • Strong project management skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Acts with urgency, seeks new ideas, and always suggests alternatives within a business
environment given and limited
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
