We are now hiring Interns for our H1 2024 cohort! Internships will start in 2 batches: 11 Dec 2023 or 8 Jan 2024 for a duration of 6 to 7 months. Please indicate your availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Application ends 15 September.

Join us as a Digital Program Intern to make an impact!

You will join the Asia Pacific Delivery team to manage the digital projects to meet our internal and customer needs. This role will visualize our existing Service Delivery flows, explore the possibilities for improvement and propose the best design to enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Location: Kallang

What will you do?

• Assist with strategic advice and consultation in the design, review and implementation of effective business processes, process improvements and approaches for Digital projects
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders across different geographies to lead the design and implementation of digital tools that provide deep automation and data analytics capabilities.
• Keep the leadership team updated on program status including the preparation of presentations and reports involving compilation, analysis, and evaluation of data.
• Plan and manage small projects, ensuring all tasks and outputs are completed satisfactorily. Create, develop, and manage usage tracking reports on adoption of applications.
• Create and design communications materials to promote the digital platforms

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Pursuing a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Data Analytics / Mathematics / Economics / Computer Engineering / IT related or similar
• Knowledge in Six Sigma / SAS, program management and agile practices and tools

• Able to get to the core of business needs and challenges and have both creative and analytical skillsets
• Excellent communications skills to engage cross-functional team
