Job Description

• Play a key role in the execution of the digital initiatives by working collaboratively with global brand and communication teams to define the customer journeys and channels for the Surbana Jurong group.
• Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security, and Agile / SDLC framework.
• Collaborate with team members, software architects, business stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects as planned.
• Actively collaborate with business users to propose potential improvements / alternative solutions and technologies to bring about high-quality system solutions
• Drive and resolve support activities, highlight potential risks to act proactively and resolve incident tickets.
• Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Lead project updates meetings and steering committee meetings.
• Provide support in conducting feasibility studies, industry benchmarking, research and Proof of Concepts.
• Provide end-to-end project management on digital projects and tasks.
• Solicit new initiatives, additional change requirements and support department budget and procurement activities.

Requirements

• A Computer Science or Engineering diploma/degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in managing the WordPress VIP platform, Sharepoint Online and/or other content platforms and providers.
• Strong project management skills with proven records of successful end-to-end project implementation.
• Take ownership, resourceful and decisive with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor management and demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts.
• Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build trust and promote collaboration among internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
