Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with design, tech, and strategy teams to drive day-to-day delivery across web, mobile, and UI/UX-heavy projects.
? Act as a key coordination point for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and outcomes.
? Maintain structured project documentation including meeting notes, delivery trackers, user stories, and business requirements.
? Translate business goals into delivery-ready tickets using tools like Jira and Confl uence--ensuring clarity for developers and designers alike.
? Serve as the client-facing liaison on smaller projects--facilitating feedback loops, capturing evolving needs, and supporting scope alignment.
? Track and follow up on key project milestones--driving sign-offs, ensuring dependencies are resolved, and escalating delays to stakeholders.
? Support account health by ensuring timely delivery of client-side assets, clarifying scope changes, and maintaining transparent communication.
? Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA/UAT cycles through proactive follow-ups and structured reporting.
? Review wireframes, design outputs, and tech handovers for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with business requirements.
Prerequisites
? Relevant experience for 5-8 years.
? Experience working in consulting studios, creative tech environments and/or digital agencies, delivering digital platforms, mobile apps, or UX-led projects.
? Familiarity with account management responsibilities--such as maintaining client satisfaction, tracking deliverables tied to scope and budget, supporting invoicing or milestone billing, and contributing to account growth or renewal discussions where relevant.
? Confidence working in client-facing roles--gathering business requirements, tracking feedback, and maintaining ongoing communication.
? Demonstrated ability to follow through on project deliverables and drive milestone completion with both internal and client stakeholders.
? Familiarity with Agile workfl ows--writing user stories, managing backlogs, tracking velocity, and participating in sprint ceremonies.
? Working knowledge of UI/UX or experience design processes, and how these link to development and QA efforts.
? Ability to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized projects, with structured follow-through and attention to delivery health.
? Conceptual understanding of MarTech tools like GA4, GTM, or Adobe Target (delivery context only).

Pay: $3,673.45 - $6,000.00 per month
