Digital Relationship Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore
Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. We have a platform called \xe2\x80\x98Edge\xe2\x80\x99. This platform allows our SME clients to make payment and foreign exchange transactions themselves. The overriding main functions of this role are to:
Maximise portfolio potential by retaining clients as well as identifying upside or upsell opportunities
Onboard and nurture our clients via our online platforms
Promote a self service model to our clients, utilizing our platform capabilities to enhance efficiency and client engagement
In your role as Digital Relationship Manager, you will:
Take ownership of approximately 500-600 SME clients, providing an excellent customer experience & using \xe2\x80\x9csales through service\xe2\x80\x9d techniques to ensure retention and increased spend
This is very much a team role, with team targets across all team accounts
Implement regional business plans as devised by Inside Sales team leader
Engage with members of VOC (Voice of Customer), Product and Digital teams, providing client feedback in appropriate formats
Develop requirements for improvements in platform as necessary, engaging with Customer Success and Global Product teams
Leverage centrally generated Data and Analytics reports to target and contact clients with potential for cross/upsell and qualify leads before handing to FX and Payments specialists.
Respond to incoming requests via Middle Office support (by phone, online, etc) and answer/route appropriately
Ensure reaccreditation of accounts every year.
Work with Regional and GTM Marketing on reactivation and nurturing campaigns
Leverage existing EDGE client referrals to mine for new business
You will ideally have:
2+ years of progressive inside sales/service experience within a Financial Services or other relevant sector
Successful selling/service experience with services or intangible products (eg platform) in a B2B environment.
Understanding of payments industry and FX services advantageous but not essential
we want you to display a desire to provide your clients with a premium level of customer service.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be commercially astute and understand how to lead and drive revenue with existing clients.
Your ability to communicate with clients, both verbal and orally must be at an impeccable standard.
