  • Build brand awareness and generate demand in target markets for Singapore and Malaysia
  • Own and execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities, marketing automation.
  • Manage content on website, blog, and social media platforms, and create new content including eBooks, videos, landing pages and case studies
  • Develop new marketing strategies and identify new channels for marketing activities
  • Closely monitor performance metrics and proactively optimize programs and processes to deliver results
  • Close liaison with key cross-functional teams like Sales, Product vendors to identify opportunities for collaborative wins and support lead nurturing, customer communication and product marketing initiatives
  • Forecast performance, secure and allocate budget, set aggressive targets, and report on results to stakeholders across the company
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of full-funnel brand and performance marketing experience from B2B SaaS, HR consulting, cloud solutions industry with proven experience and knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing
  • Willingness to learn any other aspects of Digital Marketing.
  • Must have analytical skills and is data driven. Business level fluency of spoken and written English and able to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Experience in managing Wordpress, Wix.com, Website, CRM and Google Analytics, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and savvy with powerpoint and presentations.
  • Incumbent is positive and energetic with a strong ownership mentality - from plan to execution. Likes being hands-on and is ready to go outside of the box to make things work.
  • Learns quickly and has the ability to solve problems independently and able to work in ambiguous environments, embracing change and teamwork and delivering strong business outcomes.
