Job Overview:
The Digital Sales Analyst for RBI APAC will play a key role in supporting the region's digital and CRM performance by analyzing data, generating insights, and helping to optimize digital sales channels. You will work closely with franchisees, marketing, and technology teams to measure results and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand what drives customer behavior. You will support senior team members in developing and executing digital strategies across app, delivery, kiosk and loyalty platforms, helping transform insights into actionable recommendations.
The role is based out of Singapore and requires 5 days per week office presence.
