The Job Job Purpose:

• Ensure support for the team as there is incremental need for controls and increased reporting for the Marketing team.
• Review of the Member Rewards Program to move into Global Rewards platform
• Help to support the controls and reporting on the increase in governance required
• Support the increase in invoices and management of the rewards platform
• Review and migrate our rewards to Global Rewards system
• Liaise with rewards partners for new digital partners and redemption process including redemption codes
• Liaise with O&T to review the Global Rewards system and try to migrate to the common platform
• Raise for approvals and invoices for the redemptions done from clients
• Create more client communication to educate clients on the rewards platform and assist with the fulfillment and manage any client issues that arise

Ideal Candidate Person Specification: Knowledge/Experience:

• Essential: Past Marketing experience
• Desirable: Past banking experience

Skills: (technical skills)

• Essential: Project Management skills
• Qualifications: (degree/certifications)
• Essential: A levels/Polytechnic and above.

Desirable:

• Competencies (soft skills you are looking for in a candidate)
• Teamwork/collaborative
• Independent worker

Requirements:

• You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or Trade Marketing within Financial Services industry.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
