-Travel and Gadget IncentivesSales Manager Responsibilities-Project focus in Karuhatan Valenzuela.
-Manage a sales team of digital marketing and provide leadership, training and coaching
-Guide the CROs accordingly in virtual and site visits (trippings)
-Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
-Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs
-Work with Project Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams to identify the right projects to sell
-Work with upper management to track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
-Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properlySales Manager Qualifications-At least two (2) years of experience as a sales manager/team leader
-Preferably with experience in platform, ecommerce or digital sales. Real estate experience is not necessary.
-Preferably with previous experience in using CRM tools
-Must be amenable to go on site visits (trippings); This means being out of office/on the field least twice a week
-Must be amenable to working on weekends as needed
