Client is looking for a seasoned Digital Sales Manager with 5-6 years of experience in Digital Adsales to join clients team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of contacts in digital media agencies and direct advertisers, along with a proven track record of closing branded content campaigns and driving new client acquisitions. Mandatory Skill(s) * Digital Ad Sales Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital ad sales within the online media industry.

  • Industry Contacts: Strong network and established relationships with digital media agencies, media buyers, and direct advertisers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and agencies.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated skills in identifying, researching, and targeting potential business prospects to increase market share.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ability to proactively manage the sales pipeline, meet monthly revenue targets, and drive new client acquisitions.
  • Content Ideation and Storytelling: Proficiency in content ideation and creating compelling stories aligned with advertisers\' KPIs.
  • Branded Content and Syndication: Experience in closing branded content campaigns, Digital + TV combo deals, and content syndication deals.
  • Brand Integrations and Sponsorships: Familiarity with Brand Integrations in Video Content and Event/IP Sponsorships.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective sales presentations.
Desirable Skill(s) * Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Proficient in negotiating deals and contracts with clients, agencies, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends, online advertising platforms, and emerging technologies to provide innovative and effective solutions to clients.
  • Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market reach.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the sales team and lead by example.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools to efficiently manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Responsibilities * Should have minimum 5-6 years Digital Content & Ad Sales Experience (Online Media Sales)
  • Have strong contacts with digital media agencies, media buyers and digital marketing teams at direct advertisers.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and agencies.
  • Identify, research, and target potential business prospects towards increasing the market share.
  • Proactive and manage the sales pipeline on his/her own, depending on the monthly revenue targets.
  • Drive new client acquisition.
  • Should be good in content ideation, storytelling around the advertisers KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Experience in closing branded content campaigns, Digital + TV combo deals, content syndication deals.
  • Experience in Brand Integrations in Video Content, Event/IPs Sponsorships.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
