A Snapshot of Your Day

Digital Solution Professional will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the digital tools and applications and improve the workflows within the business unit.

This role requires continuous initiative process promoted across teams to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain digital tools and applications for the business and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholder for organizational effectiveness
• Develop short- and long-term strategic business plan including resources requirement and budget for tools and applications for business needs
• Envision Business Process workflows which can be automated to increase productivity of Business users.
• Decide on the project to be implemented and manage external project development teams located in different geographical locations.
• Ensure execution is as planned. Monitor and take corrective actions around budget, scheduling, risk, scope and quality of digital tools and applications
• Asset management (clouds, servers, software license etc.)
• Deliver process improvements, identifying and deploying analytics & intelligent automation, sharing operational excellence practices and trainings across the business unit
• Support Marketing and promotion team
• Track and report performance on organizational objectives and engagement objectives
• Align with central IT team, where applicable, to understand upcoming IT changes and spread the awareness to the business users.

What You Bring

• Bachelors in computer science with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Product ownership and management experience is a plus
• Experience in completing digital projects for Business
• Experience in project management for IT Software Application projects is a must
• Experience with Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud & Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate/Sharepoint Online/Lists) will be added advantage
• Business processes transformation and process improvement with the proven track record
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure to support Business requirements
• Hands on experience with Database like SQL, PostgreSQL, Mendix
• Understanding on Microsoft .Net Framework, Kubernetes, REST API
• Ability to develop positive interpersonal and international relation
• Excellent communication skill with clear and concise writing and presentation skills
