Job Description

As a Digital Sport Leader (DSL), I am responsible to satisfy my sport users along the digital journey to reach the market leader position in Singapore. As a DSL I take a cross mission on a core merchandising topic (search, navigation, commercialisation) Responsibilities CUSTOMER ACQUISITION - I make more Singaporeans visit my sport web pages I define the traffic strategy of my sport with the help of the referents of each channel I am responsible to grow the organic traffic for my sport / SEO (define the relevant keywords for my sports and follow its performance) I Identify the sport advice based on high searched queries linked to my sport I optimise my keyword rankings for my sport (e.g. meta titles & descriptions, FAQ) SEM & Paid Social & Affiliate I define the commercial calendar for my sport at the beginning of the year along with my CSL/OSL I identify the right affiliate partners for my sport along with my CSL/OSL WEB MERCHANDISING- I make more visitors purchase and convert them to users I am responsible for the growth of the online sales for my sport I ensure all my sports products are published online I build the categorization (tree structure) for my local offer I ensure the internal search relevancy of my products I ensure the relevancy of my search and category filters I ensure the visibility of the 5/40 of my sport(s) through HP and category TGs I regularly conduct eSCF on my categories / families to improve them I make products appealing online (SPID, Sphere, Contentful...) I follow the perceived availability of my products CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT- I interact with my users in order for them to come back and shop more. I build a long term relationship with my sport users I engage my sport community with a monthly newsletter I define a post purchase strategy for my sport(s) I drive online sales through push notifications and emails I develop a strategy to encourage reviews on my products along with my CSL/OSL I answer all negative reviews posted on my products Skills requirements : Passionate and committed to users - Empathy, continuous self questioning, ability to learn Ability of projection and think beyond next quarter. Leadership: able to drive the team in passing the sense, federating the team in a network mode. Previous experience of leading a team. Flexible and Adaptable Influential Communication Skills and Presentation Skills Listen to and give feedback, take a step back - Keep a good knowledge of the domain (competitive environment), of the users (and its needs), in strategic marketing Negotiate, compromise and facilitate the interactions between commercial teams and supply teams Build a user trajectory for your sport I pilot my activity weekly and monthly Display the right offer and merchandising with the help of tools like SPID, Tesseract, Sphere , Algolia, PIXL, Contentful Analyse the user journey and the business of your sport universe with Google Analytics and ContentSquare Ability to conduct keyword research for your sport to optimise your SEO strategy.
