This is a leadership acceleration program [LDP] which enables high potential early in career professionals to cultivate and refine your leadership skills in preparation for rewarding career in Supply Chain Management. This is a fast-paced development program offering challenging and diverse work, ongoing training and mentorship, executive exposure and a variety of opportunities to engage in strategy and special projects. As you prove successful in your assignments, you will be positioned in strategic leadership roles to bring our Supply Chain leadership depth to world-class status.LDP Rotation:three 18-24 months assignments based on interests, developmental goals, and business needsRotate within manufacturing, logistics, quality, procurement, planning or engineer-focused positions.Job Responsibilities:Develop Sustainability InitiativesDevelop and implement sustainability strategies aimed at reducing environmental footprints, enhancing resource efficiency, and promoting sustainable growth.Digital Technologies and Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize Supply Chain operations through digital solutions and sustainability focused process improvements. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance Supply Chain sustainability.Compliance and ReportingEnsure all sustainability projects comply with local, national, and international environmental laws and standards. Prepare and present reports on sustainability performance to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.Stakeholder EngagementEngage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and integrate sustainable and digital practices. Act as the point of contact for all sustainability and digitalisation inquiries.Training and DevelopmentTrain staff on sustainable practices and digital tools that aid in sustainability. Develop educational materials and workshops to enhance awareness and knowledge within the organization.Innovation and ResearchStay abreast of the latest in sustainability and digital trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and practices that can benefit the organization.Qualification:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99 s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related degreeHigh command of English languageComfortable working in manufacturing environments including plants and corporate environments.Demonstrated relationship building skills and a mindset towards continuous improvementExcellent communication, project management, and collaboration skillsAbility to plan, organize, and lead small and large projects in sustainability and digitization.Proven leadership skills through extra curricular activities, volunteering, or work activities.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
