Job Description

:
You will assist the engineers in maintaining and repairing of electronics & communications equipment which include CCTV, Card Access, Trunk Radio, UPS and other electronics equipment. You will also perform site supervision of E&C projects and be involved in the procurement of E&C systems/equipment.
Digital Transformation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitalization within logistics processes.
Implement and maintain digital systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and IoT devices.
Ensure seamless data flow between various logistics platforms.
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize logistics software to meet specific business requirements.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and enhance functionality.
Integrate APIs and third-party tools for seamless data exchange.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze logistics data to derive actionable insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance metrics.
Optimize routes, inventory levels, and resource allocation based on data-driven recommendations.
Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Maintain data security protocols for digital systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO) and protect sensitive information.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement necessary safeguards.
Training and Support:
Train logistics staff on using digital tools effectively.
Provide technical support during system implementations and upgrades.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and adoption of digital best practices.
Requirements
At least NITEC/Higher NITEC in a technical discipline
Willing to work outdoors and at heights
Experience in maintenance methodology will be an advantage
