Job Description


My client is a reputable international bank with a large presence in Singapore, currently looking for an IT Service Manager to lead the initiatives of Change Enablement, Service Level Management, Service Desk & Incident Management, and Problem Management.
You will coordinate activities under IT Service Management processes such as Monitoring & Event Management and Availability Management.

As the IT Service Management Owner, you will have:

  • a strong track record of leadership in IT service management,
  • excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels,
  • proficiency in operating Infrastructure (Iaas, Paas) and B2B networks.
The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience in retail, wealth and private banking domain and has touched on a ITSM practices in a bank.
