We are seeking an experienced
Digital Workplace (DWS) Senior Systems Engineer
to design, implement, and optimise end-user computing and collaboration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on automation, endpoint management, identity solutions, and enhancing the employee experience.Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver
automation workflows
to streamline endpoint, identity, and support processes. Manage and optimiseendpoint and identity platforms
(e.g. Intune, Kandji, Okta) with Zero Trust principles. Useanalytics tools
to predict and resolve user experience issues. Configure and enhancecollaboration platforms
(e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, ServiceNow). ProvideL3 technical expertise
, define standards, and mentor junior engineers.Skills & Experience
10+ years in End-User Computing / Digital Workplace engineering. 5+ years with automation, scripting (PowerShell), and data-driven IT solutions. Strong knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, and collaboration tools. Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and REST API integrations. Experience with Kandji and Nexthink. Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and Zero Trust. * Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and VDI are a plus.
