Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver
automation workflows
to streamline endpoint, identity, and support processes.
Manage and optimise
endpoint and identity platforms
(e.g. Intune, Kandji, Okta) with Zero Trust principles.
Use
analytics tools
to predict and resolve user experience issues.
Configure and enhance
collaboration platforms
(e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, ServiceNow).
Provide
L3 technical expertise
, define standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Skills & Experience
10+ years in End-User Computing / Digital Workplace engineering.
5+ years with automation, scripting (PowerShell), and data-driven IT solutions.
Strong knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, and collaboration tools.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and REST API integrations.
Experience with Kandji and Nexthink.
Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and Zero Trust.
* Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and VDI are a plus.
