Digitalisation Specialist

to help enhance our business processes and project execution through smart digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline internal SME operations (HR, finance, procurement, safety, etc.). Digitalise construction workflows: site reporting, T&C tracking, safety compliance, material tracking, and labour management. Evaluate and deploy technologies including mobile apps, cloud-based systems, digital checklists, QR tagging, IoT sensors, and dashboarding tools. Work with internal teams to analyse current pain points and propose digital improvements. Support implementation of platforms such as BIM360, Procore, SAP Ariba, and Power BI. Conduct training for staff and monitor adoption of digital tools. Liaise with government agencies (e.g., IMDA, EnterpriseSG) to explore SME grants or digitalisation support schemes (e.g., EDG, PSG, IMDA roadmap). Manage documentation and reporting for digitalisation initiatives and systems.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1-3 years experience in digitalising business or construction workflows preferred. Familiarity with construction industry processes or SME operations is a strong advantage. Hands-on knowledge of software/digital tools such as BIM, mobile apps, APIs, Power BI, or cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Self-motivated, tech-savvy and able to lead digital adoption within teams. Preferably familiar with government digitalisation grants for SMEs.
