Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and understand external and internal stakeholder need for content creation.
• Collaborate with departments on various assignments, brainstorm ideas and bring to life in the form of graphic design and videos.
• Conceptualise, provide creative direction, planning and execution of content such as shooting videos, editing, processing to deliver regular content for above, below the line marketing materials and across various digital platforms.
• Plan and coordinate with external agencies to curate and deliver social media content, website content etc.
• Work with departmental team members to manage editorial calendar and push the content through the editorial process.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Ad hoc design tasks.

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Passion in content creation.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experiences in videography, photography, marketing and social media execution.
• Able to write scripts.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team as an eager collaborator.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, a good team player, with an affable personality.
