If you want to join a business that challenges you to grow beyond your comfort zone, you’d be a good fit for us. You will be designing and implementing key marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Build web forms, create sales pages, shopping carts, set up and maintain marketing automation systems (using web apps).
Troubleshoot and increase page load speed by modifying page elements.
Setting up (and troubleshooting) tracking using tools like: Google Analytics, FB Conversion Tracking and AdWords conversion.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (using web apps).
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Requirements
Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources; you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously.
Analytical and logical thinker. Organised and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes.
Good communicator, and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with aptitude to work independently.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Demonstrable experience in SMM (paid advertising), optimising landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
