Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Build web forms, create sales pages, shopping carts, set up and maintain marketing automation systems (using web apps).
• Troubleshoot and increase page load speed by modifying page elements.
• Setting up (and troubleshooting) tracking using tools like: Google Analytics, FB Conversion Tracking and AdWords conversion.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (using web apps).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

• Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources; you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously.
• Analytical and logical thinker. Organised and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes.
• Good communicator, and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with aptitude to work independently.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Demonstrable experience in SMM (paid advertising), optimising landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
