As a Director, CEO Office, you will have the following responsibilities: . Work closely with Head of CEO Office to plan and execute efficient support for the EVP and Head of Telenor Asia . Responsible for planning and administering key meeting arenas, including Telenor Asia Management meetings and Telenor Asia Business Area Meeting (to be the Telenor Asia BoD) . Responsible for developing efficient processes, routines and potential automation of administrative tasks . Explore the potential of digital tools and be a competent in the use of such tools . Responsible for all coordination with Company Secretaries in the various Business Units, including best practice sharing and Board governance improvements measures. . Provide support and follow-up to Telenor Nominated Board members . Coordination and best practice sharing with Telenor Group CEO Office We think you have the following qualifications and skills: . Experience (5+ years) in relevant roles (e.g. corporate strategy, finance, sustainability, management consulting, project management) . Structured individual with strong administrative skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think holistically to 'see the big picture' . Ability to work both independently and in teams . Engaged and proactive individual . Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, especially at executive level .
