Job Description


Morgan McKinley is looking for a Client Services Director to join our Talent Solutions team in Singapore.

The Director of Client Services, Southeast Asia for Talent Solutions, will be responsible for delivering agreed Talent Solutions by ensuring the highest standards of service and experience are consistently provided to our clients across the South East Asia regions covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Working as part of the global Client Services team for Talent Solutions (reporting to the Group Client Services Director for Talent Solutions), this role has a critical objective to optimise the delivery of talent solution services (MSP, RPO, Project Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, Graduate Talent etc) to our diverse client base. Partnering closely with the Client Solutions MD (Based in Singapore) you will take complete ownership of all aspects of delivery from team resourcing, team management, team delivery, quality oversight and revenue optimisation.

You will support the Client Solutions Director with presentations and pitches to clients to demonstrate our capability and to give us the best opportunity to win new accounts/clients. The Client Services Director will also input to the Solution creation and development.

The Client Services Director will have a significant ownership stake in the management of the client review process. It is imperative that a consistent and formal review process is put in place with all clients to ensure the consistent attainment of strong client approval ratings.

Many solutions may require additional support such as technology, branding/marketing, EVP, D&I etc, it will be important that the Client Services Director can support inputs to the above. It is most likely that the above will be owned by the Client Solutions Director, supported by the Client Services Director.

HOW THE ROLE FITS
The Client Services function is a central function within Talent Solutions and is still evolving. Reporting into and working closely with the Group Client Services Director Talent you will also work closely with other client Services Directors and other Service Line leaders across Southeast Asia and the Group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build a comprehensive and always current knowledge of the Talent Solutions client landscape across Southeast Asia
  • Seek to proactively build strong partnership-type client relationships with your client base.
  • Ensure we have enough resources and capability to deliver upon our client\'s requirements.
  • Be creative about finding solutions and thereby ensuring that we always deliver for our clients.
  • Develop and lead a strong leadership team capable of delivering consistently for our clients.
  • Understand deeply our programmes to ensure that no stone is left unturned in delivering outstanding services for our clients.
  • Identify and balance delivery resourcing between onshore (Singapore and other SE Asia locations) and our delivery center in Manilla.
  • Ensure that all operational and financial information is maintained and utilised to its maximum.
  • Be the voice of delivery when constructing client proposals and presentations by advocating for appropriate and deliverable but creative solutions.
  • Partner closely with the HR and TA teams with regards to all people resourcing, onboarding and performance issues.
  • Be the champion of driving operational excellence and operating standards.
  • Get our clients to love Morgan McKinley Talent Solutions by consistently delivering beyond expectations.
  • Be aware of and on the lookout for client expansion opportunities with each client.
  • Oversee the consistent use of systems by all team members to optimise data usage and integrity.
  • Ensure all the team are appropriately onboarded, trained, and developed to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of the delivery of revenue and performance targets for each account with a particular focus on client profitability and client satisfaction
  • Lead by example and get your team and our clients to believe and trust in you as a leader.
  • Work with our marketing teams to support the creative delivery of appropriate talent pools for our clients.
YOUR EXPERIENCE

Essential:
  • Experience in leading delivery teams across RPO, MSP and/or Staff Augmentation solutions across the Southeast Asia Region.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in Talent Solutions Delivery to date.
  • Clear capability to scale and grow teams and delivery capability to support our planned growth and expansion.
  • Strong confident leadership and communications skills.
  • Experience in the Southeast Asia Talent Solutions Market.
  • Identifiable Commerciality to support the acquisition of new and expansion of existing clients.
Ideal:
  • A track record of achievement in Talent Solutions delivery across Southeast Asia
  • Experience of delivering with onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Evidence of client approvals/testimonials relating to work done
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree qualified/relevant professional qualification.
