Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive customer enablement and employee training strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, and establish a tiered training and certification pathway covering various roles and levels. Gain in-depth understanding of clinical needs and development trends in the orthopedic and minimally invasive surgery (MIS) sectors, and design forward-looking training programs accordingly. Provide systematic training to the sales and marketing teams on product knowledge, clinical applications, and competitive product analysis. Develop standardized internal training materials (e.g., product manuals, presentations, FAQs) to enhance the team's professional competencies. Plan and organize high-level surgical skills training sessions, workshops, hands-on lab courses, and academic seminars for key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital doctors, and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with hospital training centers or laboratories to build and maintain long-term partnerships for clinical education. Coordinate and manage trainers to ensure training content is of high quality and meets scientific and academic standards.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above; minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical education, professional training, or medical affairs within the medical device or surgical robotics industry.

Training Skills:

Strong presentation and training skills; able to confidently and clearly deliver lectures and demonstrations to medical professionals.

Language Proficiency:

Good command of English, with the ability to read and comprehend English-language product documents and clinical literature. *

Excellent project management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; willing and able to travel as needed.
