What the role is:The Ministry of Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded seasoned HR leader to join us as the Director of the Corporate Human Resource Division. You will lead the division and work alongside a dedicated team of HR professionals in shaping the HR strategies, drive organisational excellence and ensure the alignment of the HR practices with the Ministry\'s goals. The role will provide you with the opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives and contribute to the national\'s healthcare system. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:

• Reporting to the Group Director of Corporate Group, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership to the Corporate Human Resource Division, comprising of the HR Planning & Partnership Team, Capability & Leadership Development Team and Organisation Development Team \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Ministry\'s goals and objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive initiatives to enhance talent attraction, employee engagement, talent management and leadership development \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with senior management to ensure that HR strategies support the Ministry\'s mission and vision
