You will partner the Asia leadership team in a strategic approach to all matters relating to corporate communications, internal communications, issues/crisis management, brand PR, and purpose-related initiatives. You will also be developing short and long-term corporate affairs objectives and plans for the organization across multiple markets in Asia, aligning with global strategies, shaping favorable public policy by engaging with policymakers and key stakeholders, strategizing PR plans for brand connection with customers, and managing issues and crises to minimize business impact. You will drive internal communications to align all corporate communications across the organization, inspiring associates, and ensure they understand their roles and the business vision.What you will bring along with youYou will possess a BA in Mass Communications/PR or its equivalent and have a proven track record in corporate affairs, with expertise in marketing, corporate communications, and policy shaping. A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar capacity in internal and external/public communication will be a mandate for this role. Experience in managing a team across regions under a matrix organization will also be required. You will also possess experience in building executive-level relationships and delivering clear and impactful communications across cultures in Asia. You will be someone with professionalism, sound judgment, and agility, with a proactive and innovative approach.
