A Director is a leader within our management team who oversees regional client operations teams and supports global business initiatives. They are a brand ambassador who regularly interacts with clients, or prospective clients, on a all matters of our business while exercising strong commercial acumen. Additionally, a Director will respond to any client escalations from the operations team and navigate to a resolution. This role is critical to delivering the high level of service and satisfaction MUFG is known for in the industry.

The Director is a subject matter expert who supports their regional operations group, fosters healthy culture, and encourages staff development across all ranks. Directors share the benefit of their experience by guiding their local management team and investing in every individual to deepen our organizational knowledge, and experience. They have deep technical knowledge of loans gained through years of experience which is available to support training and promotion of best practices within operations teams, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Syndicated and/or Private loans and their underlying principles
• Expert understanding of credit agreements and relevant loan attributes
• Extensive understanding of accounting principles
• Demonstrable experience in management
• Demonstrable experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit
• Expert knowledge of interest and time value of money principles
