Four Seasons, Owner, and Consultant team key contact for new pipeline and major capital projects.
Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary Design and Construction team.
Direct report to Regional Vice President.
Facilitate department initiatives in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate design review from concept through construction document phases to ensure compliance with Four Seasons Design Standards.
Prepare project area programs (Area Summary).
Review shop drawings and material samples and all project relevant key documentation.
Manage project updates.
Participate and contribute to development and maintenance of various brand standard documents while providing sound advice to project teams and owners.
Travel as required based on project status.
Other job-related duties as requested.
Initiatives and Special Projects:
Work directly with Vice President, Design and Construction on special projects as required.
Lead internal Design and Construction initiatives (i.e., ESG, DIB, etc) as required.
Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or a related field required.
Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or related field preferred.
Professional Qualification:
Architecture license and LEED certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in private architecture practice. Ideal candidate will have knowledge and international experience in hospitality design.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Possess various computer skills including CAD / other drafting software, creative software, Microsoft Office skills, and Acrobat.
Strong knowledge of construction and design process within the luxury segment of hospitality.
Ability to coordinate and cross-reference design drawings from multiple disciplines.
Solid understanding of hotel planning principles.
Fluent with architectural, engineering and design industry terminology and practices.
