The Director, Destination Marketing - South East Asia (SEA) will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the Marketing and eCommerce strategy in support of the SEA region, hotels, and ownership groups, driving towards excellence in digital channel revenue and direct share growth.
The Destination Marketing team brings to life the key value proposition of Hilton\'s portfolio of brands to create relationships with the world\'s travelers so they get to know, love, prefer and choose Hilton for more of their travel occasions.
This position is a senior leadership position requiring a high level of strategic capability. You will be responsible for the marketing strategy that drives commercial performance in the retail segment of your destination(s) along with the timely execution of this strategy in market. You are required to have a deep understanding of your market(s), strong functional and commercial acumen, and effective stakeholder management. While being a functional leader for hotel marketing professionals, you are also a key business partner for the regional commercial services leader and a core member of the APAC Regional Marketing & eCommerce Leadership Team.
