Job Description
The objective of this role is to boost the uptake of L&D programmes in bid to develop the workforce and encourage professional development and adult learning. Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute plans to meet business objectives
- Providing leadership and advice to teams that oversees the portfolio of programmes
- Ensure current programmes are in-line with current and future market needs
- Devise initiatives to build capabilities
- Ensure operational excellence to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
- Identify business opportunities
- Handle market research
- Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as and when required
- Proven track record in the areas of education/ training/workforce development etc
- ACTA/DACE certification is an added advantage
- Possess strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Possess proven networking and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Min. Degree in any discipline
