Job Summary

This headcount is part of the CMPS (Capital Markets Products and Sales) Team focusing on offering Direct Access service (DACS) to Private Banking clients. DACs team offer a bespoke EQ advisory and trading service to sophisticated private banking clients who are active in the asset class.

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving DACS revenue, providing proactive advisory directly to clients including idea generation and execution support, including managing of client's positions. Work closely with Private Bank Front Office in new DACS clients prospecting. Providing support to team in overall SP business. Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining good relationship and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the front, middle and back offices. Providing support to ad hoc projects in relation to specific aspects of desk activities.

Processes

Ensure awareness of execution processes and deliver quality execution service. Ability to identify and suggest ways of enhancements to existing processes.

Our Ideal Candidate

5 plus years of EQ advisory and margin trading experience. Experience in EQ margin trading and EQ Structured Products, with experience in direct handling of Private Banking clients will be preferred. Mandarin language proficiency is required to effectively support clients from Greater China Market. Candidate should possess high level of precision and attention to details to ensure the delivery of quality trade execution. Ability to work under a fast-paced environment. RNF and CACS holder and CMFAS Qualifications is required. Paper 1A or 1B, 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A (RES1B or RES12B and CM-EIP and CM-SIP or CM-CMP) as well as CACS 1, CACS 2 and FMRP Basic analytical and technical skills that can be practically applied to day-to-day operations.
