Responsibilities

Create and execute a business plan for developing clients within financial services
Solicit, schedule and attend Business Development meetings with clients
Oversee and manage all searches within the Director\xe2\x80\x99s sector and jurisdiction
Manage ongoing research of candidate database
Oversee candidate meetings and assessments in Global Sage\xe2\x80\x99s office
Preparation of written materials including Pitchbooks, Client Presentations, s and Terms of Engagement
Hire, manage and train a support team of executive search professionals
Effectively handle all stages of the retained search lifecycle
