Lunch: 1 hour

(There will be hybrid working arrangement.)

Monthly Offered Salary

• Up to S$14k per month (Depending on qualification & experience)

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 At least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of current financial reporting standards and best practice in governance and control.

\xc2\xb7 Commercially astute and equally comfortable with operational details and corporate strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and commitment to good governance.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills to drive financial planning and forecasting.



Reporting to ACE (Corporate), this role will lead the finance and procurement teams to resource growth and transformation in a responsible, efficient and sustainable manner.

\xc2\xb7 Provide business advice to senior management in formulating its strategy and plans in a fiscally responsible and sustainable manner.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report Group financial performance using appropriate measures to manage and drive governance, performance and sustainability.

\xc2\xb7 Support review of fees and charges.

\xc2\xb7 Steer procurement policies and processes to source and manage goods/services efficiently, ensuring value-for-money purchases within the public service procurement framework.

\xc2\xb7 Apply analytics to support business growth and needs as well as identify potential risks and challenges.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the adoption of digital transformation and business improvement initiatives to increase productivity for finance and procurement operations.
