JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the preparation of group consolidation, financial & management reporting, regulatory submissions
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory & regulatory requirements
Support Fund Management and Investment platforms to support their operations
Preparation of Budgets and Target Forecasts and tracks management performance against forecast
Maintain, implement and review financial policies and procedures and ensure alignment and compliance
Manage the internal and external audit processes
Attend quarterly Audit Committee
Any other adhoc projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent
More than 10 years of relevant experience with operational experience in fund management industry
Good knowledge of corporate governing operating policies, controls and processes
Experience in leading a finance team, possess strong analytical skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast pace work environment
Familiarity with group reporting in listed organization and system implementation preferred
