Reporting to PDS Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving the workstreams for the P2P process journey covering the end to end vendor payment ecosystem working with relevant stakeholders across APAC and JLL Technology based in Americas. You will identify areas of process improvement, as well as opportunities to improve efficiencies in the processes. Through evaluating and interpreting data and existing processes, you will apply critical thinking skills in the design and creation of new processes, identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate operational, regulatory, and compliance risks.

You will utilize knowledge and experience in business transformation, process improvement and project management to come up with process assessments, analysis, presentations, develop process flows and future state roadmaps and ensuring proper documentation of findings and recommendations. You will manage and ensure deliverables are met as part of the overall execution.

Having a good understanding and knowledge of financial operations, accounting frameworks, finance processes and eager to drive relevant digital and innovative solutions will be highly critical.

Finance/Business Partnering

• Provide business insights and recommendations to the larger PDS Finance team and finance/business partners in support of business KPIs.
• Participate actively in Finance projects, with increased focus on simplification and digitalisation.
• Support on ad-hoc projects and complex business cases.
• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
