NTT Global Data Centers APAC (GDC APAC) Finance team is looking for a Principal Finance for regional Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The role requires both domain knowledge of FP&A processes, as well as a sound understanding of business drivers that impact headline goals and financials. This role partners GDC APAC In-Country senior leaders closely in tracking GDC APAC\xe2\x80\x99s business performance across major locales in the country and deals with complexity in terms of: (a) breadth of business / financial information to be assimilated across multiple market segments, and businesses at different stages of evolution; (b) autonomously working with cross-functional teams in countries and globally and acting as the first point of contact on business performance for senior leaders; and (c) depth of strategic analysis and insights to drive actions amongst regional and country leadership teams. Experience in the Data Center industry and a deep understanding of the APAC market will be highly regarded.Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking business performance in APAC Data Centers, collaborating with Country CEOs and finance controllers, leading YTD monitoring and forecast against annual plans, managing revenue and costs accruals, and providing end-to-end financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective capital allocation and management strategies to optimize resource utilization, alongside asset management and leasing strategies for Data Center assets.
  • Analyse financial performance data and conduct market trend research to drive strategic decision-making, drive business growth, and identify investment opportunities.
  • Develop operating policies related to Data Centers capacity wholesale transactions, considering transfer pricing and international taxation, while coordinating with Group affiliates and third-party partners.
  • Review new Data Center development proposals and recommend improvements for operated Data Center assets, collaborating with regional in-country teams on long-term cash flow plans (10-15 years) in APAC countries and India.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external and internal parties to support Budgeting, accounting and tax matters, and the implementation of APAC business improvement processes for greater efficiency and internal controls.
  • Drive business monitoring for periodical reporting processes across Finance leadership team in Group and Business Management team of Global Data Center Division, while standardizing and streamlining processes to increase reliability and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP, Oracle Peoplesoft, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Power BI.
Additional Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or relevant
  • Relevant certifications, i.e., Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance roles, with essential FP&A experience, preferably in the Data Center or real estate asset management industry.
