Overall purpose of role:

Sales Producing-Manager responsible for Institutional Clients Coverage team in Singapore for Macro Products (Global Rates, FX)

Key Accountabilities

\xc2\xb7 Macro product coverage of a variety of Hedge Funds, Real Money institutional clients.

\xc2\xb7 Primary coverage of portfolio of clients while leading a Singapore-based team to ensure seamless client coverage across Macro Distribution in Singapore and globally

\xc2\xb7 Drive product strategy and development within Asia EM Macro products in conjunction with key stakeholders, consistently innovate and originate new sources of revenues to grow EM Macro wallet

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

\xc2\xb7 Develop strong client relationships and work with Trading, Structuring and Research to deliver the resources of the firm to address clients\' needs to generate revenue \xe2\x80\x93 responsibilities include driving individual and team budgets

Decision-making and Problem Solving

\xc2\xb7 Ability to differentiate themselves as a business leader and an ability to drive business and identify business opportunities

Risk and Control Objective Ensure that all activities and duties within the team are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards

\xc2\xb7 Strong fundamental analysis and technical skills as a macro subject matter expert

\xc2\xb7 Extensive Rates and FX knowledge (Bonds, Rates Derivatives, Spot FX, NDF, FX Swaps, Forwards, Vanilla and Exotic FX Options)

\xc2\xb7 Experience and ability to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance procedures and how they relate to the Macro business, and provide oversight to the team locally

\xc2\xb7 Sharp fixed income execution skills, trade booking and processing, ability to help others develop their skillset to ensure a smooth client experience

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to instill a team-first culture and cultivate a mentality to always operate in a way and take on responsibilities that best serves the team\xe2\x80\x99s overall output
