Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Marketing Director to join our dynamic team at Parcel Perform. As a Growth Marketing Director, you will lead and be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive rapid and sustainable user/customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Parcel Monitor consumer value proposition. Your role will be crucial in optimizing our online presence for Parcel Monitor, increasing revenue growth through data-driven strategies and growth initiatives to contribute to the overall growth of the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Strategy development: Define and create comprehensive growth strategies with metrics and prioritization for Parcel Monitor to align with the company\'s objective. Identify and grow opportunities in both existing and new markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with product development and marketing efforts.

2. User insights and product optimization: Find opportunities to increase revenue and minimize expenditures by gathering user insights. Leverage analytics tools and utilize A/B testing, data analysis, and user behavior insights to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user experiences. Interpret data, identify trends and create actionable insights from data that guide decision-making and support ongoing optimization efforts.

3. User Acquisition: Lead and drive efforts to acquire new users through various channels such as digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, partnerships, and more. Execute data-driven strategies that result in increased user acquisition, conversion rates and revenue generation. Identify and target high-potential markets, segments, and channels for maximum impact.

4. User Retention and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase use retention and engagement, including email marketing and user segmentation etc. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.

5. Monetization of traffic: Continuously enhance our ability to monetize the growing traffic around our service with existing (i.e., Adsense) and new monetization channels, optimize our value proposition towards advertisers and develop strategies to further drive business impact of our consumer value proposition.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven, hands-on experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketer, Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Ideally in the Logistics or E-commerce industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, analytics tools and content strategies.

Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies; ability to draw actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
