Director, GSSC Services Lead

The successful candidate will closely work with GTM (Go-To-Market) and solution team to qualify, shaping and securing sales opportunities. The candidate shall be highly skilled in value articulation and critical thinking to support/ engage C-suite from customers.

He/She should understand and appreciate the complexities of system, hardware and software projects, including sales pitch, value engineering, soliciting requirements, design, development and delivery of solutions. This will also include Solutioning design for next generation digital solution for Energy, Building, City and Plant with the technology of IoT, Cloud and data analytics (empowered by Envision flagship product EnOS)

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, prepare and conducting demonstrations, technical presentations and present ideas and solutions to customers
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, uncover and size areas of opportunity, develop product/offering strategy, and drive from concept to reality.
  • Develop important and influential relationships within our client accounts by translating user challenges and opportunities into unique business value addressable by Envision Digital
  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to enhanced product/offering for customers; establish plan to achieve the improvement and drive to completion
  • Develop, communicate and execute on the Envision Digital offering strategy
  • Identify a vision, strategy, and direction for new product/offering initiatives
  • Having deep knowledge on Envision Digital offerings and capabilities
  • Support the GTM and Pre-sales teams in developing effective proposals that link our solutions and services to achieving the client business objectives
  • Assessing customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement to prepare high quality proposals, presentations and bid documents
  • Support GTM effort to convince and close deals while ensuring the proposal and solution are aligned with technical teams
  • Being the technical consultant for the team, while being also a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Contribute to building healthy sales pipeline is a plus
  • Design and incubate new solutions driven by business opportunities
  • Establish eco-partners in the local market in the domain to support projects
  • Be accountable for portfolio of projects being delivered by GSSC teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters/Bachelor in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of high-engagement-business development or consulting experience within Technology implementation and systems integration
  • Experience as a Solutions Lead in Infrastructure and Cloud architecture
  • Proven ability to drive new business through C level engagement
  • Have a blend of technical, business and soft skills
  • Information Technology IT and Operational Technology OT experience with consulting background is preferred
  • Strong communication skill with experience in directly engaging customers
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder including senior management.
  • Able to lead a team with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions
  • Good to experience in IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP, CoAP, RFID, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee,)
  • Good to have networking setups experience (DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Gateways, Routers)
  • Good to have OT protocols (BACnet IP, OPC UA, Modbus RTU, IEC 104) experience
