Responsibilities:

• Work together with Global Head of Investor Relations and top management to support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of all fund marketing materials, legal and fund structuring and partnership-formation with various providers
• Expand the firm\'s network of global investor relationships, identifying and cultivating prospective new investor relationships, plus focus on deepening existing investor relationships
• Attend key investor conferences and events, be an articulate spokesperson for the firm
• Support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities
• Lead the planning and execution of the firm\'s annual general meetings, work closely with the Communications team
• Participate in the strategic development of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s fund lines by structuring and raising GP led secondaries when relevant

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in an Investor relations and fundraising with institutional investors
• Good financial acumen, comfortable using modelling and frameworks to analyze deals and able to provide quality financial due diligence to investors
• Experience/ Track record of interacting with investors, mandatory to have the relationships and network
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, good interpersonal skills
• Good accountability and integrity
• Conscientious with a strong sense of responsibility
• Team player with strong initiative
