Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of history and enjoys a strong global presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore. They are also a well-known household brand amongst customers across the region.
Due to head expansion, they are currently looking for a Director, Head of Enterprise/Corporate Technology Applications Support to lead their Enterprise Applications Support team across the Group.
Reporting to the Group CTO, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a high performing support team that covers L1 to L3 Enterprise / Corporate Technology Applications support across the region. You will be expected to face off with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders to understand their requirements and look into ways to improve their current processes and policies, as well as drive new technology adoption to optimize the way how the Enterprise Applications are being supported.
