Key Responsibilities

Provide overall

Oversee project execution, financial management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and authorities. Mentor senior managers and strengthen organizational performance and accountability.

Requirements

Minimum

20 years of experience

in

executive or director-level positions

within the

structural steel or construction industry

. Demonstrated success in

business development and revenue growth

. Excellent leadership, financial management, and client networking skills. In-depth knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations (BCA, MOM, LTA). * Strong communication skills in

English and Mandarin

to coordinate with regional fabrication teams and Chinese partners.
