ResponsibilitiesA new headcount, this is an exciting opportunity to identify and execute co-investment opportunities in the Agri-Food Technology sector in the Asia Pacific region. This includes sourcing, leading the execution of co-investments and managing all aspects of the deal investment process. You will play a key role in evaluating potential investments, conducting due diligence, deal structuring and negotiating investment agreements. You will actively drive engagement with portfolio companies with a goal to create value for the portfolio. As a senior team member, you are able to build a proprietary network and deepen relationships with industry partners, startup founders, investors and potential LPs. Working with the Investment Head, you will create an investment process and decision-making framework to scale the Firm\'s co-investments business. Additionally, you will contribute to product development, investor relations and fund-raising efforts.RequirementsYou have strong academic qualifications and at least 12 years of relevant investment experience in private equity or venture capital investing in the APAC region. Experience investing in food and agricultural technology sector is a strong advantage. You are passionate about technology and start-up ecosystems and are keen to deepen your knowledge in these sectors. As this is a relatively new team, your ability to work independently, multi-task, and be hands-on is crucial. A positive-minded and enterprising individual, you thrive in a team-based and entrepreneurial environment.
