Role Summary
This role is responsible for regional operations of LSEG’s Trading Support organization - a customer facing organization (50+ FTE) comprised of people managers and subject matter experts of complex, trading workflows (equities and FX) and technology. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of people leadership experience along with expert knowledge in one or more related field (trading workflows, network administration, change / service management, customer onboarding, customer success, etc.)
Products Supported by the Organization – FXall, FX Trading, FX Matching, FX Aggregator, Autex, Autex Trade Route, REDI, Wealth Order Management, Electronic Trading, Deal Tracker, Trade Notification, Settlement Center
Role Responsibilities

• Deliver against department, group, and company objectives by assisting in development of and successfully executing strategic plans
• Partner with Service Management and Business stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction, ensure KPI/SLA adherence, and drive revenue growth
• Actively participate in incident/post incident management
• Handle other duties and projects as requested based on business needs
• Develop team members - provide coaching, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate with other regional heads to ensure the global operation produces a consistent service for internal and external customers
• Investigate and appropriately address customer or business escalations – complaints and/or opportunities
• Create/Maintain a high-performance culture by differentiating performance and by building a diverse and inclusive team
• Attend workshops, off-sites, and customer meetings (~15% travel)
• Effectively communicate and present to all levels of the organization (senior executives to entry level)
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined experience and post-secondary education in related fields.
• English fluency (verbal and written)
