The Company
Our Client is a social service agency delivering a wide range of programmes and services for early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and integration support for children and adults with additional needs, social assistance for vulnerable families, and care services for seniors.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Director is responsible for spearheading clinical and operational excellence through initiatives that accelerated patient quality, outcomes, process efficiency and continuous staff development of the Allied Health division.
The Candidate
Ideally, the candidate should come in a background in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with experience in driving strategic directions, and clinical and operational excellence through initiatives that accelerated patient quality, outcomes, process efficiency and continuous staff development.
