Palawan Beach - located on Sentosa Island of Singapore, is Shangri-La Group's first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precint. Begining colourful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting, Shangri-La is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitalty, Food & Beverage and the family experiences; designed to bring the families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and play together. Scheduled to open in March 2023, this iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. We are looking for the Director of Attractions to join our team!
As the Director of Attractions, we rely on you to:
Ensure the facilities and associated areas, the sports and recreations program and service delivery areas of the highest standard during all hours.
Ensure all facilities are operational and maintained in accordance with all current legislation and statutory requirements at all times.
Drive and develop operational performance, productivty in achieving standards and goals.
Creativity and drives innovation to enhance customer experience
Implementations and maintaining the safety and security of the attraction site
Liase with and be certified by the relevant governing stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion and relevant experiences in managing Attractions facilities
Is enthuasistic and customer oriented
Self-driven, goal oriented and able to challenge the status quo
Loves being creative with an eye for detail
Enjoys interacting with guests and engaging them
To lead a diverse team of colleagues
Has great leadership and interpersonal skills
