The incumbent will be using data to help the company understand their users and learn about content trends. He/she will also manage a team of high performing data/product analysts. Job Responsibilities: . Multiply the impact of data analytics across business and product, applying advanced data modelling and analysis techniques coupled with business acumen to guide decision making, uncover optimization opportunities and support product feature ideation/design/planning . Responsible for analytics-as-a-service to the whole company, overseeing the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and insights to help stakeholders analyze business performance and areas of improvement . Manage and mentor a team of high performing Data Analysts. . Define and lead strategy, roadmap, and long term vision for analytics for the company . Build a strong data culture, engaging cross-functional stakeholders to educate and train them to make data-informed decisions using self-service analytical tools . Develop and implement quality controls and standards to ensure trust towards the data Job Requirements: . Working knowledge of ETL and data pipelines: tracking, collecting, mapping, and storing data from multiple sources via cloud-based architecture . BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline . 10+ years of experience with minimum of 6+ years in the analytics space and 2+ years of experience managing analytical teams . Expert in SQL . Prior working experience in: o Working with Product Managers in feature development, metrics tracking, and experimentation o Delivering complex analytical projects involving cross-functional stakeholders o Managing and growing analytics teams .
