Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 15 years of experience in software engineering/software development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with a product focus: full-stack, front-end, and consumer oriented products.
  
• Experience in technical areas(s) related to user-facing products, and/or scalable and fault-tolerant software infrastructure.
  
• Experience building teams.
  
• Experience as a people manager.
  
• Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach and work in ambiguity.
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of mobile and backend software engineers.
• Manage a team, define and work on large-scale problems for a global consumer product.
• Own features of a global app in payments.
• Represent Google as an executive leader, and build relationships with leading institutions.
• Represent the site within Google and help grow presence in APAC.
