The Role
Our client, a leading technology-driven organization, is seeking a Director or Engineering to play a pivotal role in structuring the post-M&A framework and strengthening projects with complex business challenges. This position requires a strategic approach to both technical and organizational development, ensuring high-quality output and significant business impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and management guidance to Engineering Managers and Team Leads across multiple teams.
• Lead post-M&A integration, optimizing product and organizational development through technical strategy, recruitment, role design, and budget planning.
• Oversee multi-organizational teams, driving execution of large-scale development projects across multiple locations, including international offices.
• Develop and implement systems that promote equal ownership and collaboration across global engineering teams.
• Establish and track quantitative objectives using OKR/MBO frameworks to measure success.
• Improve transparency and operational efficiency by fostering a documentation-first approach to reduce reliance on individual contributors.
