Job Description
Responsbilities
- Lead the entire HR team on day-to-day HR operation duties
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship on respective HR function
- Review, develop and implement HR policies, initiatives and tactical plans
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, prospecting to on-boarding
- Provide suggestion and recommendation on compensation & benefit activities
- Conduct annual benchmarking exercise and analysis
- Lead planning, execution of value-added activities and development programmes for employees
- Ensure compliance of corporate objective and planning
Requirements
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 7 - 10 years of human resource working experience in hospitality industry
- Prior working experience in leading a team
