Contribute to and implement the strategic development of the school in accordance with GESS\' accrediting bodies and decisions made by SLT and SMT.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all aspects of school performance are the following key areas of knowledge and expertise:\xc2\xb7 Educated to Degree Level, Masters (or equivalent) preferred.\xc2\xb7 Qualified Teacher status.\xc2\xb7 Recognized teaching qualification (1st and 2nd State Examination or equivalent teaching qualification) to teach Secondary I and Secondary II.\xc2\xb7 Extensive teaching and examination experience in the field of the German International Abitur.\xc2\xb7 Very good knowledge of the examination regulations for the German International Abitur.\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership experience in a senior educational leadership role.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to develop opportunities for parental involvement.\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of educational quality management and its role in relevance for the quality of performance in
